Bonnie L. Hinton

Bonnie L. Hinton, 71, of Honey Brook, passed away on Monday, February 1st, 2021 under the care of Seasons Hospice of Phoenixville, PA.  She was the widow of the late Russell F. Hinton, II.

Born in Coatesville, Bonnie was the daughter of the late Kathryn (Emery) and Wilmer D. McKim.  She was an area resident her entire life and attended Coatesville Area High School.

Bonnie worked as an insurance adjuster technician.

She enjoyed reading mystery novels, card games, dancing, music, and riding motorcycles.  She especially enjoyed going to bike rallies.  Bonnie will be remembered as a compassionate and honest person who loved her family.

She is survived by her two children: Rodney L. Hinton of Honey Brook and Robin L. Sheaffer wife of John D. Sheaffer of Breezewood, Pa.; siblings, Bryan H. McKim of Pomeroy, Drew E. McKim of Coatesville, and Deborah L. McKim of Shamokin, PA.

Bonnie was predeceased by her son, Russell F. "Rusty" Hinton III, brother Leonard R. McKim and sister, Audrey K. (McKim) Johnson.

At Bonnie's request, there will be no funeral service.
