Betty Lou Stanley

Betty Lou Stanley, 81, of Parkesburg, passed away on Tuesday, November 15, 2016 at Brandywine Hospital.  She was the widow of the late John B. Stanley, Jr.

Born in Sadsburyville, she was the daughter of the late Elizabeth (McWilliams) and Albert R. Bair.  She was a 1953 graduate of Scott High School, and she enjoyed her career as a hairdresser.

Betty Lou is survived by her three children, Gregory A. Stanley, husband of Sue, of East Earl, Randy L. Stanley, husband of Carol, of Kinzers, and Karen Lou Montgomery, wife of James Jr., of Coatesville; six grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; two siblings, W. Albert Bair of Coatesville and Lottie Garnett of Parkesburg; and her beloved companion, Jerry Jaskiewicz.

She was predeceased by three siblings, Nathan Bair, Lewis Bair and Doris Toth.

The Funeral Service will be held on Monday, November 21, 2016 at 11 AM at Wilde Funeral Home, 434 Main St., Parkesburg followed by interment in Upper Octorara Cemetery.  The viewing will be from 9 until 11 AM.
