Bette (Stone) Hopkins

Bette (Stone) Hopkins, 83, passed away on July 15, 2016 after several months illness in West Chester, PA.

She was married for 63 years and is survived by her husband, Curtis L. Hopkins, in addition to daughter and son-in-law, Cynthia Hopkins-Dieckmann and Pascal Dieckmann, West Chester, PA; granddaughters, Michelle (Hopkins) More and husband Brad and sons, Woodbury, MN and Isabelle Dieckmann, Baltimore, MD; grandsons, John Lee Hopkins, York, PA and David Sioma and wife Leah, Wayne, PA; daughters-in law, Toni LuConic, Woodbury, MN and Nancy Sioma and husband Jim, York, PA.; sister-in-law, Jeannie Stone, Springfield, MO; brother-in-law, Clete Hopkins, Stockton, MO; and many nieces and nephews who loved their Aunt Bette dearly.

She was preceded in death by their son, Curt E. Hopkins in 1986, as well as her parents and three brothers and three sisters.

Bette was a member of the Methodist Church in Nevada, MO and she always expressed and demonstrated her great love and compassion for her family, friends, and faith.

Memorial Services will be held at 11 am on Wednesday, July 20, 2016 at Wilde Funeral Home, 434 Main St., Parkesburg, PA 19365 and burial at Octorara Cemetary in Parkesburg, PA. Visitation from 10-11am.
