Angelo F. "Andy" Phillips, Sr.

Angelo F. "Andy" Phillips, Sr., 79, of Coatesville, passed away at home surrounded by his loving family.  He was the widower of Betty W. Phillips who died in 2008.

Born in Valley Township, Chester County, he was the son of the late Frederick F. Phillips and Mary M. Cazille Phillips.  He was employed by the Lukens Steel Co. in Coatesville for 41 years.  He was a member of Our Lady of the Rosary Church.

He is survived by his children, Angelo F. Phillips, Jr of Coatesville, Susan M. Parent and companion Dean Pyle of Coatesville, Frederick H. Phillips and companion Pam Bensinger of Parkesburg, four grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and a dear family friend, Patti Dilley.  He was preceded in death by his son-in-law Frank D. Parent and siblings; Pauline Elizabeth Spencer and Frederick A. Phillips.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Our Lady of the Rosary Church, 80 S. 17th Avenue, Coatesville, PA on Friday, December 21, 2018 at 11:00 AM with a viewing from 10:00 AM to the time of the service.  Interment will follow at St. Cecilias Cemetery, Coatesville, PA.
