Alice S. Johnson

Alice S. Johnson, 96, of Coatesville, passed away at Harrison Senior Living in Coatesville on April 6, 2016. She was the widow of the late Roy Johnson and her first husband the late Rudolph A. Shook, Sr.  Born in Doe Run, she was the daughter of the late Harry G. and Kat Stone Cunningham.

An area resident her whole life, she was a graduate of the Unionville High School.
She was a member of Wagontown Union Chapel in Wagontown, PA.

She is survived by her son, Rudolph A. Shook, Jr. of Rockland, Maine, seven grandchildren and nine great grandchildren and one sister, Mildred C. Markward of Coatesville,  She was preceded in death by her son, Ray M. Cunningham and her siblings, Harry G. Cunningham, Jr. and Elizabeth C. Miller.

Graveside Services will be held on Saturday, April 23, 2016 at 11:00am at the Hephzibah Baptist Cemetery, 2237 Strasburg Rd, Coatesville, PA 19320 with Pastor Tim Crans officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in her memory to the Wagontown Union Chapel,  P.O. Box 200, Wagontown, PA 19376 or Harrison Senior Living of Coatesville, 300 Strode Ave., Coatesville, PA 19320.
