Alice Maris Dague

Alice Maris Dague, 76, of Coatesville, passed away on Sunday, May 16, 2010 at the Hickory House of Honey Brook.

Born on Thursday, March 15, 1934 in Valley Township, Chester Co., Alice was the daughter of the late D. Oscar and Clara Way Dague.  An area resident her entire life, she was a 1952 graduate of the Scott High School.

Alice was employed by Drs. Cowan and John Moss of East Fallowfield, retiring in 1999.

She was a member of the Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd of Coatesville; and the West Caln Sportsman's Club.

She is survived by her sisters, Martha D. Boyd of West Brandywine Twp., and Charlotte R. Levengood of Westwood; two nephews, Michael and Steven Levengood and her cousins.  She was predeceased by her brother, James D. Dague.

The Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, May 19, 2010 at 11 a.m. at the Wilde Funeral Home, 434 Main St., Parkesburg, followed by interment in the Brandywine Manor Cemetery.  Family and friends are invited to attend the viewing, which will be held at the Funeral Home from 10 until 11 AM.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Alice's memory to the charity of your choice.
