Alfred William Sharples

Alfred William Sharples, 68, of Parkesburg, passed away on Wednesday, September 14th, 2016 under the care of Coatesville VA Hospital.  Born in Philadelphia, he was the son of the late Mary and William Sharples.

Alfred served honorably in the US Army from 1968 to 1971.

He is survived by his brothers, Thomas R. Sharples of Coatesville and John P. Sharples, husband of Cara, of Parkesburg; niece, Maureen Sharples of Coatesville; grand nephew, Blaize Sharples of Honey Brook and grand niece, Carlie Sharples of Honey Brook.

Interment will be held at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery in Annville.
