Albert S. Plant, Jr.

Albert S. Plant, Jr., 46, of Coatesville, passed away on Wednesday, February 18th at the University of Pennsylvania Hospital.  He was the beloved husband of Alison L. (Konchek) Plant with whom he shared 12 years of marriage.

Born in West Chester, he was the son of Albert S. Plant, Sr. of North Carolina and the late Patricia Coulson Plant.

Albert was a 1987 graduate of Coatesville High School and he earned a Bachelor's degree from West Chester University.

Albert was employed as a computer technician at West Chester University.

He is survived, in addition to his wife, by his two children: Coulson P. Plant and Julianna L. Plant; his brother, George Plant of Pottstown; his uncle Tom Coulson of Malvern and his nieces and nephews.

The Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, February 28th at 11 AM at the Upper Octorara Presbyterian Church, 1121 Octorara Trail (Rt. 10), Parkesburg, PA with visitation from 9 to 11 AM at the Church.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the "Plant Children Educational Fund" at Citadel Federal Credit Union,, 4051 W. Lincoln Hwy., Parkesburg, PA 19365.
