Dear Janice, Julie & Cindy, I
Dear Janice, Julie & Cindy,
I was stunned to see Craig's obit on-line. On Sept. 28 my world shattered into a million pieces with my father's Home Going to his Heavenly Father. I'm sure your world shattered into a million pieces on March 12. I will always carry around with me a million happy memories with Craig ... camping at Creation, Phillies game with my family, many a Friday night movie, helping me move back to West Chester, dinners, and now thanks to Craig I am just as hooked on Stargate SG-1 and Stargate Atlantis TV episodes as he was! (smile) Thank you for sharing your son & brother with me for a season in my life! Below is a poem that blessed me. I hope it blesses you as much. Lisa B.

NOW THAT I'M GONE
Now that I'm gone, remember me with a smile and laughter.
And if you need to cry, cry with your brother and sister who walks in grief besides you.
And when you need me, put your arms around anyone and give them what you need to give me.
I want to leave you something. Something much better than words or sounds.
Look for me in the people I've known and loved or helped out in some way.
Let me live in your eyes as well as your mind.
You can love me the most by letting love live within the circle of your arms, embracing the frightened ones.
Love does not die, people do. So, when all that's left of me is love, give me away as best you can. I'll see you in Heaven.
Friend
Sad to hear about my friend Craig.
Amazingly, Craig died on the very same day that my 96 year old Granma died. My family spent the early part of this week saying our final goodbyes to her and celebrating her life.
Memories of Craig come back to me as I look at his picture.
His love for the Scriptures - I remember him quoting the Psalms as we hiked to a mountain top.
His quirky humor and big smile. I remember him pretending a piece of moss was his pet, talking on his shoulder.
We shared similar tastes in music, going to many concerts together. Craig introduced me to the band Third Day, knowing they would someday be a great band before most had ever heard of them. He generously gave me his copy of their first cd, knowing I would enjoy them.
Craig was also a very transparent guy, sharing openly with us at our guys small group at Sharples Works.
He was a good friend and will be missed.

To family of Craig Wittmaier
I just learned of Craig's passing this past weekend. I was unaware that he was ill. I am so sorry for your loss.
Please take some comfort in the knowledge that he is no longer suffering and has a perfect body and is in paradise with his Lord. Knowing Craig, he probably is questioning Jesus on how lightning works...
Craig was such a sweet, caring person and always had a smile on his face. He will be missed, but will live on in my memories!
