Dear Jane, Shannon, and Abel family,
Jane....I am so, very, sorry to learn of this news. After just speaking with you, I relayed everything you told me to Kelly. We were planning to visti him, once he became stronger.
Our hearts go out to your entire family. He was a wonderful man, and Kelly thought the world of him. We were so priviledged, in getting to know him, over the years.
Please know your family is in our thoughts and prayers.
Wayne....I know you are resting in the loving arms, of our Heavenly Father.
Praying for your hearts,
Kelly and Pam Phillips

THE DEATH OF WAYNE ABEL
TO ALL ABEL FAMILY MEMBERS WHO WERE TOUCHED BY THIS MAN, LET ME SAY HE WAS SO KIND AND TRUSTWORTHY. I WILL MISS HIM FOR THE PERSON HE WAS TO ME. A MAN I COULD JOKE AROUND WITH, HANG OUT WITH AND HAVE A BALL. I COULD TALK TO HIM. MAKE HIM LAUGH, AND JUST BE MYSELF WITHOUT ANY JUDGEMENT FROM HIM.
WAYNE...THE MEMORIES YOU HAVE LEFT ME WITH ARE ONES I WILL GLADLY CHERISH.
SAY A GOOD WORD FOR ME AT THE GATE.
LOVE,
BETTY

To Jane and Family; I will
To Jane and Family; I will always remember "The Duke" as a man of integrity who worked hard and loved his family. Wayne had one of the best attitudes about life of any man that I have ever known. He enjoyed life,his work,his family and friends . He was cheerful and enjoyed a good joke or story. The world is a better place because of his life. He will be missed. You are in my thoughts and Prayers. Arlin
We are so sorry for your loss!!
We are so sorry for your loss! My heart is breaking that you have to go through this pain. I've known Wayne for as long as I can remember. He always had a smile on his face and at least an hour of your time to talk. During all of his stays at the hospital, I would be asked by the staff,"Is Mr. Able really as sweet and nice of a man outside of the hospital?" My response is yes. He has always shown such care and concern to myself, my brother Adam, and my family, and we will miss him deeply! All I can say is that heaven has another wonderful angel! Rest in peace Mr. Able and I pray that with everyday you all are able to find comfort and peace. He wouldn't want you to cry for him, he wants you all to remember his life and smile!! Love you all!!
Nick and Mary Jo DeVito and family.

Wayne, A Good Guy!!!
To Wayne's Family,
I am sincerely sorry to hear about the loss of your loved one! I work at A. Duie Pyle and come to know him through this connection since he leased his garage from our company. All I can say is WHAT A GREAT GUY he was and I enjoyed talking to him each and every time I visited the garage. He always had time for you and always met you with that big smile of his. The world would be a much better place if more people were like Wayne!!!
I feel very fortunate to have known him and will miss his friendship!

Condolences
Bob and family,
We are so sorry to hear of your loss and the loss of a great man on this earth. So worried he was troubling people he was such a selfless man who truely loved his family more than words can say. In the short time we have gotten to know you we have come to love you and think of you Bob as family. If you need anything at all, please do not hesitate for once second to ask. We will be thinking of you for the remainder of the day but also in the days to come when the great loss you have suffered fades from the minds of most. Please read this, as it was used for another friend and given to me with the sudden passing of Christopher Reeder just two years ago.
With love,
Frank and Kriss
Safely Home
I am home in Heaven, dear ones;
Oh, so happy and so bright!
There is a perfect joy and beauty
In this everlasting Light.
All the pain and grief is over,
Every restless tossing passed;
I am now at peace forever,
Safetly home in Heaven at last.
Did you wonder I so calmly
Trod the valley of the shade?
Oh! but Jesus' love illumined
Every dark and fearful glade.
And He came Himself to meet me
In that way so heard to tread;
And with Jesus' arm to lean on,
Could I have one doubt or dread?
Then you must not grieve so sorely,
For I love you dearly still;
Try to look beyond earth's shadows,
Pray to trust our Father's Will.
There is work still waiting for you,
So you must not idly stand;
Do it now, while life remaineth -
You shall rest in Jesus' land.
When that work is all completed,
He will gently call you Home;
Oh, the rapture of that meeting,
Oh, the joy to see you come!
