Helen Goldberg Pearlman, 86, of West Caln, died peacefully on Monday, September 3, 2012 at the Brandywine Hospital. She was the wife of the late Reuben Pearlman who served in the US Army during WWII and was a war hero.
Born in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of the late Edward and Leah Goldberg.
She served as a legal secretary most of her life.
Helen loved to dance, write stories, shop and she was an accomplished artist. She was a woman with a fine sense of humor and she delighted in making people laugh. She will be missed by all that knew her.
She was the loving mother of Janet Mackey, Mother-in-Law of Howard Anderson, two grandchildren; William Mackey and Amanda Acuna and two great grandchildren; Heaven Chambers and Grace Acuna.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, September 7, 2012 at 11:00 am from the Wilde Funeral Home, 434 Main St. Parkesburg, PA 19365 followed by interment at the Beth Israel Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Wilde Funeral Home, at the above address, for an education trust fund being established for the great granddaughters Heaven and Grace.
