I met Harry & Diane at a media balloon flight, I’ve done it 4 times this being my 5th & by far the best. Such a gentle kind man, answered all our questions, made us feel so important & special. So very sad someone so full of life, sweet & giving gone too soon. Hope he’s higher than any balloon.

Diane and family. Spencer and I are so sorry to hear of your loss. We realize the past year or two have been extremely difficult for you, so please know that you are in our hearts and prayers. May the beautiful memories you have of Harry replace the sadness that you are feeling today.

Diane, Harry was a fun loving, wonderful guy - a great balloon pilot, friend, husband to you and father to your children. May all the happy memories you made with him help heal your heart.

Brian and I were deeply saddened to hear of Harry's passing. We remember the festivals with Harry well. Brian got to spend more time in a hot air balloon than most adults due to Dick, mom & Harry. Our deepest sympathy to Diane and the family.

Dear Diane: I have known you both for many years. I was always used to seeing Harry at almost every event I went to. I always chided him about being a balloonist with a name that sounded like collision and that he should eat more. I will miss Him and relate to your feelings of loss. My faith is that nothing dies. We just transition. I will seek him in my meditation and send you my heartfelt sympathy and love.

Yes, its like sometimes you just meet someone and you know you'll have a friend for life. Don't think I ever heard an angry word or a mean thought escape Harry, heck, anyone who can jump into Lake George in September and come up with a smile has to be special. Thanks for the friendship and those last few hops Harry, all to be treasured.

Diane,

I am sorry to learn of the loss of Harry. I am glad that I had the honor to meet him this past July and fly in the Alexis Angel at the Quick Chek festival. This was my first baloon ride ever, and I had such a great and memorable time that day with the entire crew.

I extend my deepest sympathies to you, your family, and the entire crew. You are all in my thoughts and prayers.
