Florence C. Karmilowicz, 87, of Parkesburg, passed away on Friday, March 30, 2018 at the Harrison Senior Living Center in Chriatiana, PA. She was the beloved wife of Norman C. Karmilowicz with whom she shared 59 years of marriage. Born in Wilkes Barre, PA she was the daughter of the late Michael and Anna Putera Stanislow.
Florence was a 1948 graduate of the Edwardsville High School. She was a parishioner of Our Lady of Consolation Church in Parkesburg. She enjoyed watching football on tv. In her younger days, she enjoyed playing bingo and trips to the casino.
She is survived, in addition to her husband, by seven children; Norman Karmilowicz, Jr. and wife Barbara of Strasburg, PA, John Karmilowicz and companion Annette Williams of Atglen, PA, Roseann Karmilowicz and companion Rick Donnell of Gap, PA, Mark Karmilowicz of Akron, PA, Paul Karmilowicz and companion Wen Schroder of Stevens, PA, Marie Aukamp and husband Randy of New Providence, PA and Carl Karmilowicz and wife Lorrie of Christiana, PA, 11 grandchildren; Tyler Karmilowicz, Paul Karmilowicz, Jr., Matthew Karmilowicz, Zachary Karmilowicz, Brandon Karmilowicz, Chase Karmilowicz, Autumn Rose Aukamp, Ashley Mammarella, Randy Aukamp, Jr., Brandon Aukamp and Amy Rudasill and two great grandchildren; Lexi Rudasill and Jackson Karmilowicz and brother in law Jon Karmilowicz and his wife Marlene of Coatesville, six nephews, five nieces and her fur babies, Bennie Boy and Millie Dollie. She was preceded in death by one brother George Stanislow.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, April 5, 2018 at 11:00 AM at Our Lady of Consolation Church, 603 W 2nd Ave, Parkesburg, PA 19365 with a viewing from 10 until 11:00 AM. Interment will follow at the Parkesburg Catholic Cemetery.

Hello Karmilowicz family- I reviewed the obituary of your dear mother because I looked at her picture and immediately knew that she was the mother of Mark and Paul. I see where they got their good looks from- as classmates at Octorara- may God rest her soul and provide you all with comfort!
