Our condolences from the entire Mellinger/Hery family! Mrs. Glauners contagious smile and her generous spirit will be missed. Always loved hearing her stories as a kid, not to mention partaking in her amazing baking. I will miss her pies! She was one of a kind and today Parkesburg lost a great soul and heavy gained another! My pop-pop and mom-mom met her at the gates of heaven so they could all catch up! You are all in our prayers!

I just want to take time to send my condolences to everyone in the family. Nan was an amazing woman. I will always remember when I would shovel snow for her I'm the winter time and she would bake me a pie. I remember the times hanging out at the house and visiting. Nan was always smiling and always made you feel good. She may have went to heaven, but her loving spirit will always be around. Miss ya nan.
So Sorry
Dear Barry and Family: I'm very sorry to hear of your mother's passing. Please know you all are in my prayers.
A true gem!
When I think of my childhood, many of my memories include Nan. She was a big part of our church and I had the privilege of knowing her through Parkesburg Presbyterian, but also through my close childhood friend, Shannon. I will never forget our mission trips to Kentucky where Nan shared with us how she and Percy used to "neck" in the backseat of the car when they were dating. 😂 I will also always remember handing out poppy flowers to people passing by in honor of Veterans Day, as she was a devoted volunteer. Nan was a spit fire, she always spoke her mind, she had a great sense of humor, and I was privileged to know her. Rest In Peace Nanny Charlotte! ❤️

Such a wonderful lady
We extend our deepest sympathy to the Glauner family during this time of sadness. She was a truly remarkable lady with so many talents. My Mother, Pearl Daily, was Charlotte's first cousin. They spent a lot of time together doing volunteer work for the Legion and VFW. They also went on many bus trips with the Senior Citizens. I always enjoyed her stories of the past when we visited. She always made us feel at home and usually had a homemade treat to feed us. She lived her life to the fullest and brightened many lives along the way. Like all those friends whose paths she crossed, we will miss her dearly. Rest in peace, Charlotte. We love you.
Sincerely, Terry and Susan Daily
A sweet woman
Charlotte is going to be missed by many people. I have known Charlotte for many years. I worked with her at the good old Jamesway store in Thorndale. She was a very sweet and funny woman. I am sure glad I was one of those people that got to know her. RIP my friend.
A Beautiful Person
My deepest sympathy to the Glauner family. Charlotte was a beautiful person and loved to tell stories of her early years. We became friends when she found out I had lived in Cambride and her two brothers were my neighbors and I had worked with her granddaughters. I will also miss her grape pies. She was truely a trooper and I will miss her dearly. RIP Charlotte. Love and miss you.

Condolences on Mrs. Glauner's passing
Wow, 100 years' old at her passing! Charlotte was an amazing woman. I first met her when I was a small child attending Parkesburg Presbyterian Church. Her dedication to her family and her church were wonderful. We would give her rides to and from church. It was always a treat to spend some time with her. My condolences to the entire family.
