Nancy and Family, I am very sorry to hear of Carole's passing. She was a very nice lady. When her Mom would call for help with computer issues I was very happy to help as Carole really enjoyed her Facebook Messenger for communicating with friends and family. My thoughts and prayers, Jay Steele
