Carol Ralph Martin, born March 6th, 1939 to Pearl E. (nee Pyle) Martin and Ernest W. Martin in West Grove, PA, and passed away on March 30, 2022, at the age of 83.  

He is predeceased by his parents, two brothers, and five sisters.  He is survived by his brother, Norman L. Martin of West Chester, PA.  He is survived by his wife Marilyn F. (nee Martin) of 63 years; sons Stephen and wife LuAnn (and former wife Carolee) David (and former wife Anne), and Ronald, Grandfather to Zackery (wife Elizabeth), Ryan (wife Kimberly), Danielle; Great Grandfather to Jason, Eva, Levi, Miles, and Charlotte; and step Grandfather to Walter John Schwenger (wife Erica) and Paul Schwenger.  

He worked for Pepperidge Farm as a truck driver for 42 years.  

Services will be held at Marshallton United Methodist Church, 1282 W. Strasburg Road, West Chester PA 19382 on Monday, April 4th.  The viewing is at 9:00 am and the service is at 10:00 am.  The interment will be held in Philadelphia Memorial Park following a luncheon at the church.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Marshallton United Methodist Church at the above address.

The family would like to thank Willow Tree Hospice and the staff of Freedom Village Health Center.

We are so sad to hear that Ralph has passed away, he was such a strong and kind man, we can't imagine the loss that you must all be feeling, especially Marilyn, who had him by her side for a lifetime.
We will be with you in mind and spirit, if not in body.

I was so very saddened to hear of the passing of Mr. Martin. I will miss seeing him at our support group meetings.
