Condolences

I had the honor of working with Connie years ago at the VA. Connie was a good nurse and a great friend. My thoughts and prayers are with you

I appreciated getting to know Connie at our writing class. Even though she was not well, she never complained. She had a patient and loving husband. Our prayers are with you, Bill, for peace and strength today and in the coming days. In deepest sympathy, Fairmount neighbors.

Dear Bill,
I'm sorry I could not be at Connie's service this morning. She played a very special role 4 years ago when my mom, Dottie Parrott, first became ill. Mom asked that I contact Connie her to let her know what was happening. Connie responded with much prayer support for all of us, and with encouraging cards that were so appreciated by my mom. We were both so grateful to know we had Connie standing with us through the storm. When Mom went home to the Lord almost 7 months later, Connie sat next to me at the funeral service at Hopewell Cemetary. I was so glad to have her there even though she had her own health problems at the time. Also, you gave the most stirring and encouraging message...it gave me the strength I desperately needed at the moment, and was such a testimony to our Lord, to my mom, and what she had come to enjoy in her new heavenly home. I hope that now as Connie has gone home you can know the same peace and encouragement you gave to me. You'll be in my prayers--
Warmly,
Kim Parrott
