To all of Brent’s immediate family, I am so sorry for your loss. I used to run into Brent at Dan’s (way younger years) and Turkey Hill. Back in the day when we’d all got together at family gatherings.
Brent had that family sense of humor and then get on me about being ornery. I will keep you all in my prayers. He’s reunited now with all the loved ones in Heaven.

My thoughts and prayers go out to all Mr. Reeds family. I've only known Mr. Reed for the 2 years I've been at Turkey Hill. I will miss him terribly. He was always the highlight of my day, the one person I always looked forward to seeing. No matter if it was me or Cher getting him his lottery, he always made a point to find me to give me my fist pump. Sending love and hugs to Stephanie, Mrs. Reed, and all his other family.

I am so sorry to hear of Brent’s passing. Brent was adored at Aunt Jennie’s Dinner (when it was there). A great man and friend.

I knew he was sick because of Brenda's calls we made. Losing 2 cousins so soon together is hard to grasp. My daughter Shelly used to go to Brent for car parts frequently before we moved to Florida in 2005. I pray our Lord surrounds all of you, my family, with peace and strength and a sense of His presence.

The mass of condolences is a testament to Brent’s life and uniqueness.

Speedy Boyer and myself were stranded in Norrh Philly with 2 flat tires. If you knew Speedy, you’d know his van was too full of junk to ever find a spare. Speedy called Brent to rescue us. Brent came, knowing only certain tow trucks were allowed in Philly. Off we raced out of the city. Way up high in his tow truck, I felt that I was sitting on something  I pulled out his Bible from under me. He said his faith and his Bible were an important part of every day. If you knew Brent, you’d not have expected that. Never judge a book by its cover! Brent was a man of faith and although all will miss him and his unique style of living, he is at peace and living his Bible and his faith beyond.

Reed family, as a child I also knew Brent.  The family went to my church in their younger years, as a little girl I remember the trust and faith my family had in Brent.  I will remember going to the salvage yard in Atglen as a child with my dad and sometimes my mom too, and as an adult going to his new place.   Most recently I had to call Brent to come pick up my most favorite car I cried as he loaded it on the truck and he gave me a hug and said,  "Sometimes we have to let go of things were not ready to let go of so we make room for better things"  My husband and I always seen Brent at Turkey Hill or the truck stop and my husband would always say, "Reed got him one" meaning another car on his lift,  or he' would see him with tickets and he'd say" Reed what did you get them for today"  meaning what did you win.  so respectful, so humble, so caring and dependable.  Im happy to have known him our lives will feel the void with this one, for sure.  To the Reed family The community is thinking of you all.

Mr Reed taught me a lot, and always by example .
He showed me that it wasn't necessary to strive be a 'great' man. But that it is much more important to be a 'good' man. Again, Always leading by example. And good he was...
