I had the pleasure of serving on council with him, working close alongside him while making some tough choices and dealing with issue for the good of the community of Parkesburg; that he loved.  You'll be missed but never gotten. Well done my friend now your journey has been completed.    Rest in heavenly peace!

So sorry to hear of Willard's passing.  He was such a fun guy to know and we always shared the best jokes etc.  He had the most sincere smile.  When he worked on my house he would make a point of trying to scare me with all sorts of catastrophoic scenarios and then laugh when I got upset.   Another great guy gone from my friends list.  RIP Willard, you really were a good man.

Dear Marsh Family,

I was so sorry to hear of your father's passing. He was a great neighbor and I know my father enjoyed all their fishing trips. I myself remember a time he came down to our trailer at the beach to fish. We all went to bed and could hear him snoring away. Then, suddenly, he stopped. I think he stopped breathing for a long time and we all started to get worried. I remember thinking that somebody better check on him. Then, as suddenly as it stopped, it started up again. And so it continued.....We all laughed about it the next day. I will be thinking of you as you care for your mom.
