I knew Mr. Connell thru his son Jeff in Atlanta.  If Jeff was anything like his father, Mr. Connell was a wonderful, warm, caring and thoughtful man.  Jeff would talk about both his Mom and Dad, with the conversations being truly enjoyable.  I wish for great peace for the entire Connell family.   He will be missed by many.

Dear Aleta & Family:  Sending expressions of sympathy and prayer(s). I am genuinely sorry to hear that Toby passed.  Hadn't seen the two of you in years, but..... always thought of you as such an admirable couple!  Never had I ever met him without noticing that smile......what a nice guy!  No doubt  there are lots of wonderful memories that will be shared in the days ahead.  My late father would also speak of what a nice guy Toby was.  Be encouraged and know that all of you are in my thoughts and prayers.

Dear Aleta & family,

So sorry to hear of Toby’s passing. I fondly remember our kids growing up and time at Parkesburg United Methodist Church with Toby’s parents attending there. Each of you always had a wonderful smile that was infectious. Plus his love of music, and helping our Boy Scouts become the men they are today. Hugs to each of you Aleta, Jeff & Leslie. God bless you with fond memories.
