Donald Miley, 78, of Coatesville, passed away at his home on Saturday, May 14, 2016. He was the husband of the late Edith "Edie" H. Miley who died in 1992. Born in Chester County, he was the son of the late Carrie Miley Cosenzo. 
Don was a County resident all his life and a 1955 graduate of the Downingtown High School. He was employed, for over 40 years, by the former Lukens Steel Company in Coatesville. 
He attended the Olivet United Methodist Church of Coatesville.

He is survived by one son Donald J. Miley of Chicago, IL. He was preceded in death by an infant son Steven A. Miley in 1960. 

Funeral services will be held on Friday, May 20, 2016 at 11am from the Olivet United Methodist Church, 310 East Chestnut St., Coatesville, PA followed by interment at the Fairview Cemetery in Coatesville. Visitation at the church from 10am to 11am. Memorial donations may be made in his memory to the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 22718, Oklahoma City, OK 73123-1718.

 Arrangements have been entrusted to the Wilde Funeral Home of Parkesburg, PA.

To the best "Uncle" Donnie and honorary brother.....you will be missed, but never forgotten.  So many incredible memories for as long as I can remember.  I love you and know that you are reunited with Edie.  Thank you God for "Uncle" Donnie.

I'm glad you were able to be with your dad through this. You both were able to reconnect and say your goodbyes. He will always be in your heart. Now he can be at peace with your mom at his side. Always remember the happy times.
