Frances Rose Riddell

Frances Rose Riddell, 94, of East Fallowfield, passed away on Saturday, April 27, 2013 at LifeCare Hospital of West Chester.  She was the widow of the late Harold D. Riddell.

 
Born in Williamsport, Frances was the daughter of the late Robert B. and Frances R. (Dickinson) Coleman. 
 
She attended the Parkesburg Methodist Church and had been employed at the former "Kathy's Children Shop" of Brookhaven.
 
She is survived by her two beloved daughters, Diane Wetzel, wife of Gary, of Parkesburg and Sharon Clarke, with whom she resided, of East Fallowfield; five grandchildren and ten great grandchildren; her brother, James Coleman, husband of Mary, of Connecticut and several nieces and nephews.   
 
Frances was predeceased by her siblings, Robert Coleman, Elva Kaiser Decker and Mary Coleman.
 
The Memorial Service will be held on Friday, May 3rd at 11 AM at the Wilde Funeral Home, 434 Main St., Parkesburg, with visitation from 10 until 11 AM.
Interment will be held on Saturday, May 4th at 11am at the Wildwood Cemetery in Williamsport, PA.
 
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Parkesburg Methodist Church, 411 Main St., Parkesburg, PA 19365.

What a wonderful lady your mother was. We always had so much fun working the dinners, cleaning up, etc. We had an on-going joke about using purple plastic forks. She will be surely missed not only by her family but all who knew her. She is in a better place now. God Bless your family.
