Curtis D. Cox, Sr., 79, of East Fallowfield, died at his home on Tuesday, December 25, 2012. He was the husband of Annabelle "Tiz" Cox with whom he shared 37 of marriage.


Curtis was employed by Luria Brothers retiring in 1996.


He is survived, in addition to his wife, by seven children; Bonnie Young, Brenda Hillard, Patricia Gillmore, Randy Cox, Lovertus Kitchen, Brian Cox and Jami Smoker, 15 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren, two great great grandchildren one sister Jean Jones and one brother. He was preceded in death by two children Curtis Cox, Jr. and Trudy Thomas.


Services will be private. Memorial donations may be made in his memory to the Brandywine River Valley Home Health Hopsice, 121 Bell Tower Ln Oxford, PA 19363.

Tiz and family: Tammy, Brad, Janea and I want to pass on our thoughts and prayers to you all, during this sad time.

Words cannot express how sorry we are. I rode the bus with Randy and Brian when I was much younger.
Your entire family is in our thoughts and prayers.
