Christ died for all, that they who live should no longer live for themselves, but for Him who died and rose again on their behalf ~ 2 Cor 5:15

I am so very saddened by the unexpected loss of Aunt LeAnne. I spent a lot of time with her over the years and have so many memories. She lost me once at the King of Prussia mall (or maybe I lost her?). She was always there for me no matter what the circumstance. I broke my arm when I was 13 and she was there before the ambulance. She was there for all of my teenage heartbreak, my marriage that failed, and anything else that I needed her for. She faced many challenges throughout her life and managed to keep her chin up and keep going. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

My heartfelt condolences go to my grandfather, my father, and my cousins. I pray that they find peace in knowing that she is with mom-mom now.

This world is now missing a wonderful, loving, passionate, humorous and intense human being. In all she attempted and accomplished, she put forth 110% and expected nothing less of everyone else. God has now claimed those virtues and removed her suffering. Leanne has suffered so much in recent years, both physically and emotionally. For those of us who were fortunate enough to be her friend and loved her, we can only say to ourselves that there is comfort in knowing her suffering has ended and God has welcomed her into his kingdom where there is no more illness and Leanne will never hurt or be hurt again. There is truly a brighter star in Heaven since July 18, 2009, when the Kingdom of Heaven welcomed her home. Leanne's labor here on earth is over and her job complete - BE AT PEACE MY DEAR FRIEND.

Leanne T. Boerstler was not just my aunt she was my everything. Nobody has ever got me the way that she did and nobody else ever will. While I am glad that she is with Mom- Mom and out of pain, I can't help but be a little selfish and wish she was still here with us! My life will never be the same and there will always be an empty spot in my soul where she has stood for so many years.

How do you say goodbye to someone you have been friends with for 41 years. Leanne and I met when I lived at 432 W. 2nd Ave in Parkesburg and she lived right next door. We shared a friendship that will never be replaced by anyone. A lifetime of memories; from childhood pinkie swear secrets, being the maid of honor at each others wedding, the birth of our children, the death of our parents, so many memories that I will take with me Leanne until I die. I will keep my promise to you, as you did for me.
Leanne and I shared a very special friendship that some only hope to find that one true blue friend that is a forever no matter what friend. She was never afraid to tell me the truth even though it was not what I wanted to hear, and she always listened when all I wanted to be is heard. Although we grew older, and lived 1,200 miles from each other the bond of our friendship remained steadfast and true. This is for you my one and only bestest friend.

Distance never separates two hearts that really care, for the memory spans the miles and, in seconds we are there. We hear the voice, we see the smile, and deep inside we know, that friends remain a part of us wherever we may go. For distance never separates two hearts that really care.

Your forever girlfriend……Patti

I am reading all of these wonderful words about your mom and I smile because every one of these words is true! I have missed her at Quebecor these latest years but most of all, I have missed her laugh! She had a great laugh and she worked hard at her job. I always wanted to be up in that CSR office working with her. There are many of us at the "Q" that still miss her but we can hold onto the memory of that wonderful laugh!
Peace ro you all.

To Mindy, William, Jacqlyn, family, and friends;

We are so very sad to hear about Leanne's passing away. Leanne and I graduated together from Octorara Class of 1976 and Frank worked with Leanne at Quebecor for twenty years. Leanne was one of the few people who was always nice and friendly to me when I transferred to Octorara. She was beautiful, had a great personality, and a wonderful Mom to her three kids. May her guardian angels protect her children. Rest in peace sweet lady. We will miss you!

My heart goes out to Leanne's family. I met her at Octorara when we were all invincible teenagers; our lives and journeys were just getting started. Class of '76! May precious memories of Leanne bring comfort and may her love and spirit guide you always. "God saw you getting tired, When a cure was not to be. He closed His arms around you, And whispered 'Come live with me'. May God grant you eternal peace and May your tender love watch over us always."

It's been a week and it's not getting any easier. I come home and still think you're still down stairs hanging out with the dogs and sitting on the couch. I feel like I didn't really get to say goodbye, but no one can be prepared for something like this. You know how much I love you and how much I will be thinking of you. You hardly got to watch me start my life off and I know you're still watching but it's not the same. I'm going to make you really proud and anytime I'm in doubt i'll know I have you watching over me. I love you so much mom and i'll never stop missing you or wishing you were still here with me. You're at peace now and that's the only thing that puts me at ease.
With all my love,
Your little Princess:)
