M. Elizabeth "Betty" Brubaker

M. Elizabeth "Betty" Brubaker, 95, previously of Walnut St., Coatesville, passed away on Tuesday, December 25th under the care of Harrison Senior Living of Christiana.  

She was the widow of the late Robert Alvin Poteet, who passed away in 1970, and the late Benjamin M. Brubaker, who passed away in 1999.  

Born at Lincoln University, Betty was the daughter of the late Elena (Martin) and Charles M. Harris.  She was a 1942 graduate of Oxford High School.  Betty attended the former Coatesville Presbyterian Church and Hephzibah Baptist Church.  

She is survived by her sister, Mildred Fisher; and multiple nieces and nephews.  Betty was predeceased by her brothers, John F. Harris, Sr., and Walter N. Harris.  

The Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, January 2nd, 2019 at 11 AM at Wilde Funeral Home, 434 Main St., Parkesburg, Pa, followed by interment in Hephzibah Baptist Cemetery.  The viewing will be from 10 to 11 AM.
