Judith Ann "Judy" Andrews

Judith Ann "Judy" Andrews, 73, of Parkesburg, passed away on Friday, June 3, 2016 at her home, surrounded by her beloved family.  She was the wife of Frank C. Andrews II, with whom she shared nearly 50 years of marriage.  

Born in Burnsville, N.C., she was daughter of Grace (Thomas) and Smith Johnson.  An area resident in Parkesburg for the past eight years, she had previously lived in Johnson City, TN, where she attended Zion Baptist Church.  Judy had previously worked at Pepperidge Farms of Downingtown.  

Judy is survived, in addition to her husband, by six children: Tammy Brogan, wife of Charles, of West Chester, Terry Lawton, wife of Rick, of Parkesburg, Frank C. Andrews III of Johnson City, TN, Barbara Christy, wife of Barry, of Pheonixville, David H. Andrews, husband of Mary of Gladwine, MI and William R. Andrews, husband of Jeannie; 16 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; and siblings, Bill Johnson, widower of Ruby, of Johnson City, TN, Smith Johnson, widower of Wanda of Lititz, Pauline McNemar, wife of Warren of Acworth, GA, Bobbie Gavin, wife of Robert, of Gordonville, Doris Swisher, wife of Leonard of Coatesville, Norma McGravity, wife of Robert, of Dawsonville, GA.  

Judy was predeceased by her son, Steven R. Andrews and her sister, Helen Olsen.

The Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, June 8th, 2016 at 11 AM at Wilde Funeral Home, 434 Main St., Parkesburg, followed by interment in Glen Run Cemetery of Atglen.  The viewing will be from 10 until 11 AM.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Fox Chase Cancer Center.
