Joanne Morrison, 78, of Honey Brook, passed way on Monday, January 18, 2010 at the Brandywine Hospital. Born in Coatesville on October 15, 1931, she was the daughter of the late Sarah M. Sollars Guiney and Leon C. Guiney.

Are we worthy? This lady devoted her entire life to family, wholly and completely. She truly gave of herself without regret or remorse no matter the outcome. She loved with her total heart and supported us all. Because of this we are worthy.

She watches over her surviving husband of 60 years, Parke E. Morrison, daughter, Gail Schweibenz, son, Parke L. Morrison, sister Lucinda Prejeant, adoring niece Kathi Joanne Guie, grandchildren Michael, Shawn, Ian and great grandchildren, Michael, Alexis, Tyler, September, Kaya and Daryl.

The funeral service will be private.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Joanne's memory to the Chester Co. SPCA, 1212 Phoenixville Pike, West Chester, PA 19380.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the Wilde Funeral Home of Parkesburg. Online condolences can be posted at www.wildefuneralhome.com

Condolences

I would like to send my condolences to all of Joanne's family. I didn't know her well, but I did have the privilege of meeting her and am so happy I did. I knew that family meant everything to her, and that includes her dogs. She is in such a special place now and watching over everyone she loves.

I just want to let all of you know that my thoughts and prayers are with you at this time a great sorrow. It is difficult to lose someone so beloved but she lives on through your memories. I know from speaking to Kathi that Joanne was the type of person that would want you to honor her life - not mourn her death. Please take comfort in that and let her love of life live on through each of you.

It matters not how straight the gait, how filled with punishment the scroll, for I am the master of my fate, the captain of my soul.

We both will miss your Mom and wife --she was a very caring and loving
individual. She was always there for my Mom--taking her shopping or calling
her to see how she was doing and "how's everybody ?"
We share your sorrow and grief.

My grandma passed away last year and I still feel the pain and missing her. There was my exams and I read essay services review for not wasting my year and it helped me a lot.
