Joan L. Petroskie

Joan L. Petroskie, 67, of Parkesburg, passed away at her home on Tuesday, July 10, 2018 surrounded by her family. Born in Shamokin, PA she was the daughter of the late John and Edna Gilligbauer Petroskie.

Joan was an area resident most of her life and a 1969 graduate of the Coatesville Area High School. She was employed for 32 years by K-Mart in Thorndale.

She is survived by one sister and brother-in-law Diane and Charles Budzik of Parkesburg, nieces and nephews Charlie and Lisa Budzik of Parkesburg and Michael and Kathleen Budzik also of Parkesburg and six great nieces; Faith, Emma, Sophie, Grace, Stella and Molly.

Funeral services will be private at the convenience of the family. Memorial donations may be made in her memory to the Brandywine River Valley Hospice, 121 Bell Tower Lane, Oxford, PA 19363.
