Jessie A. Taylor, 86, of Parkesburg passed away at her home on Monday, August 22, 2022. Born in Washington D.C., she was the daughter of the late Jesse Bernard Gates and Mary Dorothy Baker. She was the beloved wife of the late Donald S. Taylor Sr. with whom she shared 34 years of marriage.
She was a 1953 graduate of Edmonston, MD High School.
Jessie was an avid reader who loved to go fishing and camping
She is survived by five children: Donna Taylor and husband James, Keith Taylor, Karen Smee and husband John, Sharon Owens and husband Timothy, and Donald Taylor, Jr and wife Tina. She is proceeded in death by her siblings and fiancé William Snoots who passed away in 2017.
Funeral Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
