Jesse Wood, 41 of Narvon, Pa passed away unexpectedly on Friday, September 15th, 2023. This sudden and untimely passing has deeply shocked and saddened his family.

Jesse is survived by his fiancé Ella Z. (35) of Narvon, their young daughter Katherine, and their 3 dogs - Baboo, Sterling & Luna. He is also survived by his daughter Haylee W (22), of Surf City, NC, grandfather, mother (& husband), Sister (& Husband), stepsister( & husband), and stepbrothers.  Surviving also is his fiancé’s family including his fiancé’s father, sister and her husband, and brother.

Jesse was known as your go-to man. Whether it be for plants, trees, tree work, cars, or electronics. He enjoyed going to Longwood Gardens with his family and spending time outdoors, playing with the dogs, or spending time with young Katherine. You would find Jesse constantly working on the truck, fiddling with his tools, caring for his fish, and keeping busy. An avid gardener, he loved his many plants and cherished being outdoors – usually with friends and family.

Jesse was preceded in death by his grandmother, and knowing that they are together again has helped the family deal with this tremendous loss.

A private viewing will be held for immediate family to say their farewell.  A celebration of life will be held at a later date for friends to pay their respects. In lieu of flowers, a GoFundMe page has been set up for his young family to assist with any financial burden at www.gofundme.com/f/in-honor-of-jesse-wood.  You can also plant a plant or tree in his honor or help us to plant a tree in his honor by contacting the family for more information.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the Wilde Funeral Home of Parkesburg. Online condolences can be posted at www.wildefuneralhome.com
