Jean L. Conover

Jean L. Conover, 83, of Oxford, died on Sunday, March 7, 2010 at the Jennersville Regional Hospital. She was the widow of the late Robert Conover.

Born in Chester Co., she was the daughter of the late Charles and Ada Hoffecker Lilley.

She was employed by Coventry Nursing Home and most recently by Kitchen Kettle Foods, Inc. retiring in 1991. She enjoyed travel, crocheting and home cooking.

She is survived by one sister Irene, wife of Joe Pierce of Bedford, PA and one nephew, Larry Lilley of Pottstown, several half and step nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by companion Lyle Armstrong, brother Roy Lilley, four half brothers and two half sisters.

Funeral services will be private.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the Wilde Funeral Home of Parkesburg.
