Dear Mike and Kim and all your family, our sincerest condolences on the passing of Sarah. I remember MomMom saying that something like this does not seem to be the natural order of things, but it is hard for us to know God’s will. May her life always be a sweet and peaceful remembrance for all of you and may she join all her loved ones that have gone before and may God comfort the hearts of all those feeling this loss.

With much love, Diane, Karim, Aliya, and Amina

To Mark and all of Sarah's family,

It was with great sadness that I heard of Sarah's passing yesterday.  Although it has been several years, Sarah stood out as one of my favorite people to work with at my hardware stores in Colorado.  She always brought a smile and enthusiasm on every visit.  I have fond memories of convention dinner's with her co-workers and with Mark, as well as Christmas card exchanges over the years since.  May she rest in peace and condolences to her family.

Sincerely,

Mike VanderKolk - Arvada, Colorado

Mark,

I have no words. Sarah was an amazing, smart, strong in everyway. The world is a little less sarcastic and less joyful without her here. All I know is that something greater surely needed her force. I'm sending ALL my love and hugs to you & your families as you heal.

❤️

Hi Lesley,

Your words are perfect.  Working in the word "sarcastic" was pure genius.  Sarah would have loved that.

Mark and family, we are thinking about you and thinking about Sarah. She was the kind, wise, calm next door. I know how much she enjoyed her garden and we so were lucky to enjoy her baking. We were lucky to be former neighbors and continued to be friends.

I am sad to hear about Sarah's passing. She was a coworker of mine at Orgill and I truly appreciated the hard work she put into her job each and every day. She will be missed by her Orgill team members. I pray the following passages of Scripture over the family:

Psalm 34:18

The LORD is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.

Psalm 147:3

He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds.

Life is short and precious. Nothing will ever replace the love and life that Sarah brought forward with her spirit. I'll never forget the first time I met her at a trade show. The smile, laugh, and infectious spirit made it no wonder to me how she and Mark found one another.

To my friend, Mark...I am going to tell you something that you have reminded me about the last year. You are stronger than you know and I am proud to call you my friend. Your friends and family are here for you. Live everyday the way that Sarah would want you to.

Sending prayers and healing to all.

Greg & I was beyond saddened when we heard of the passing of our dearest friend Sarah. Mark & Sarah were our next-door neighbors for many years. We weren't only neighbors; we became the best of friends. Oh, the fun times we had whether it was just hanging out in our backyards, at our yearly 4th of the July parties where Sarah spoiled us all with her incredible baked goods & cases of Yuenglings, or meeting them every year at Wisconsin State Fair where she loved seeing all the animals, especially the cute little bunnies. Greg & I will never forget you, Sarah! You were the most generous, kind, beautiful soul. We will cherish our friendship forever & miss you every minute of every day!! Our thoughts and prayers are with Mark and to Sarah's family.

Rest in Peace, Sweet Sarah.

Thank you for being our amazing friend!! xo
