Lillian M. Elvin, 91, of Honey Brook, formerly of Wagontown and Parkesburg, passed away at Tel Hai Retirement Community. She was the widow of Robert W. Elvin, who passed away in 1971. Robert served in the US Army during WWII in the 47th Infantry, 9th Division.
Born in Philadelphia, Lillian was the daughter of the late Ernestine (Kiffer) and Andrew D. Kulp.
Lillian worked as a line operator for the Borough Corp. of Downingtown and Great Valley.
She was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of Downingtown V.F.W. Post 845, a life member of Ladies Auxiliary of West End Fire Co., member of the Auxiliary of American Legion #865 of Christiana, a former Den Mother for Girl Scouts, formerly a part of the P.T.A. for East Fallowfield School, and she volunteered at the V.A. Medical Center of Coatesville.
She is survived by her four children: Priscilla Wade and husband Jerry from Florida, Linda E. Puzzuolo and husband Joseph from Florida, Robert W. Elvin, Jr. from Riverside CA, Robin E. Gay and husband Joseph from Coatesville, and Gail Thomas and husband Joseph of Kinzers; eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
The Memorial Service will be held on Monday, February 12, 2018, at 11:00 AM at Tel Hai Chapel, 1200 Tel Hai Cir, Honey Brook, PA 19344, followed by interment at Hephzibah Baptist Cemetery. The visitation will be at the Chapel from 10 until 11 AM.

So sorry for the loss of such a wonderful woman. She will forever be in my heart and always remembered with nothing but the best of memories from me.i love and miss you all and even though I haven't seen the family in a very long time, please know I have always held you all close to my heart since the day we met...thank you for all the amazing memories......i told Vicki I bought a pickle puzzle game off of eBay years back and will keep it with me always as one of my fondest childhood memories of Mrs. Elvin letting me play it daily n getting it from the top shelf in her closet....i will NEVER forget her and that special time I had with her...thank you all and God bless.

I was so very sorry to hear that Mrs. Elvin passed away. My prayers go out to her children and all who loved her. She was a kind woman. I remember her from my childhood and from her volunteer work at the VA.
